帶家人來襄陽玩 5 天，第一天入住很滿意之後，回去的前一晚繼續入住，而且兩間房的房型和第一晚一模一樣。房間乾淨整理舒適，這幾天碰到的三位前台小姐姐人都特別好。退房當天上午有遊玩項目怕長者太累，問能不能延長退房，小姐姐幫忙延遲到 14 點退房，特別貼心。13:30 辦理退房後打車離開之前，小姐姐提醒帽子遺留在房間裏，後來拿上了。非常感謝城牆裡的工作人員，地理位置好，服務更好🆗👍
